Hayat Musayeva

Hayat is a HR Professional with 20 years of experience worked in the field of Human Resources in international companies with various activities in the Oil and Gas industry in Azerbaijan, managing remote HR teams in Russia and Kazakhstan.

Over the years, Hayat has been responsible for all aspects of Human Resource Management, leading them, and achieving business targets and goals by adapting the HR strategy to the company’s strategy.

Hayat started her HR career in oil and gas working for subcontractors of BP in different business sectors, such as Universal Sodexho (Catering Services in remote sites), Construction (McDermott), Catering & Accommodation Management in Offshore (ESS), Engineering, Maintenance and Project Management (Rolls-Royce, Siemens).

She creates an ownership culture with the mindset to “act as if this is your own company” – consistently promote professional image and attitude while leading by example.

Hayat speaks three languages, possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills and naturally adapt in a multicultural environment.
