Rafi Mahmudov

Rafi joined Airswift-Aztechno in August 2016 as a Recruitment Advisor in Baku, Azerbaijan, where his main responsibility was hiring nationals for the Shah Deniz 2 project.

In April 2017, Rafi was promoted to Delivery Centre Lead, which involved setting up a new regional resource centre to provide clients with a true 24/7 service.

He led a team whose scope of work covered CIS, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. From January 2020 Rafi works as Senior Recruitment Advisor.
